I’m organized, hard working, and driven to create value in a marketing or sales role. I’m obsessed with finding a better way to do something today than existed yesterday.
👋Hi, I’m Sophy. I’m passionate about learning everything I can about business and exceeding all expectations in terms of the value I can create.
<aside> ⚡ I believe the best way to learn is by doing. In January 2022, I started a video editing and motion design business. In the first two and half months, I had gained my first eight clients and was creating real value for their marketing efforts. I learned how to find people to pitch my services to, practiced pitching my services again and again, learned from what did and didn’t work. I created systems to track what I was learning and what was and wasn’t working. I created tutorials showcasing my technical video editing and motion design skills to promote the business.

<aside> 📽️ I also create YouTube videos. They tell little stories about cutting up cardboard, doodling and driving around my hometown. But really they’re about dreaming. It is my life’s goal to make the best videos I possibly can. I am passionate about business and constantly put myself in the proximity of people who know more than me and ask them questions. I started a podcast to interview experts in business and storytelling.

<aside> 📖 I want to learn about business by joining a marketing or sales team and immersing myself in real world experience. Day in and day out, I will put in the work required to exceed expectations and become better and better at my job.

If you’d like someone with a relentless work ethic and absolute devotion to high quality on your team, let’s set up a time to talk.
